Please read these terms carefully because by entering our shop and making a purchase you agree to be bound by these terms.

Thanks for visiting our shop. The Bonsall Arts Trail Shop is operated by the Bonsall Arts Trail group, a not-for-profit local organisation. Our aim is to support Derbyshire artists and their customers. No commission is taken by our shop, so that all the purchase price (less a small % payable to our payments provider) goes to the artists.

The Bonsall Arts Trail online shop acts as a go-between, linking you and the artist, so that any contract for the sale/purchase of items on the site is formed directly between you and the artist.
Placing an order for an item in the shop requires that you make immediate payment upon order. A contract is formed upon confirmation of your order by the artist. We will release your payment to the artist as soon as we receive confirmation that delivery has been arranged.

Due to the nature of many of the items on sale, there are many options for packaging and delivery. For this reason, packaging & delivery is not included in the price unless otherwise stated. The artist will contact you directly to arrange this. You will pay the artist directly for such packaging & delivery costs.

Product descriptions and other details on the site are as described by the artists, who retain responsibility for accuracy.

As a consumer you have a right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to cancel a contract for sale, without giving a reason, for a period of 14 days after receiving the goods. Certain exceptions apply to this, (for example where there are hygiene issues, such as with earrings, or where goods have been custom-made or personalised).
